Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes! Many of our items can be customized with fabrics, colors, embroidery, or sizing. Contact us directly to discuss your ideas, and we’ll work together to create something special.
Q: How long do custom orders take?
A: Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload. We’ll provide a more specific timeline when you place your order.
Q: Can I request a design I don’t see in your shop?
A: Absolutely! If you have a specific design or product in mind (e.g., a different style of bag, quilt size, or color palette), let us know. We love bringing your ideas to life.
Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use high-quality fabrics, yarns, and natural materials sourced carefully for durability and beauty. Many items feature cotton, wool, and eco-friendly fibers.
Q: Are your products machine washable?
A: Care instructions vary by item. Most towels, quilts, aprons, and potholders are machine washable, while crocheted hats and felted wool mittens may require hand washing. Each order comes with detailed care instructions.
Q: Are your bags and totes sturdy enough for everyday use?
A: Yes! Our totes and handbags are designed with durability in mind and reinforced seams. They’re perfect for everyday errands, travel, or work.
Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: Currently, we ship within the U.S. (International shipping may be available upon request.)
Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: Ready-to-ship items usually go out within 3–5 business days. Custom orders follow their own timelines.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because each item is handmade, we do not accept returns on custom orders. For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days if the product is unused and in original condition.
Q: Can you send an item as a gift?
A: Yes! We’re happy to include a handwritten note and gift wrap upon request. Just leave your message at checkout.
Q: Are all your products really handmade?
A: Yes! Every tote, quilt, hat, mitten, and towel is individually designed, cut, and finished by hand in small batches—by one person.
Q: Do you sell at local markets or events?
A: Yes! We often attend local craft fairs and markets in Idaho. Follow us on social media or check our website’s events page for upcoming dates.
